Going places means they are showing a lot of talent or ability and are likely to become very successful.
I have met a person who have many a lot of talent, she is my friend at my  junior high school, her name is Alda. I think she have many talents like can play guitar, drum, keyboard and then she can be fluent in japanese language. She have planned that she will go to Japan for continue her education, she have a beautiful voice, she smart at sains. I am so proud of her although she have a lot of talent but she can still a kind person, humble, etc. She is one of my best friend who can be a motivated me.
